POE

CAS No:25087-34-7

Polyolefin Elastomer (POE) is a premium thermoplastic elastomer produced via metallocene catalysis. Combining the elasticity of rubber with the easy processability of plastics, POE delivers outstanding low-temperature impact strength, extremely low water permeability, and superior anti-PID performance. It serves as an essential material for high-efficiency PV modules, automotive plastics modification, and high-end footwear.

Footwear Industry

EVA is the most widely used and cost-effective foamed material in footwear. It is mainly applied to midsoles, insoles, full soles for slippers, toe caps and heel counters, and is widely used in sports shoes, casual shoes, slippers and functional footwear.the core advantages are with light weight, softness, high elasticity and cushioning, waterproofing and moisture resistance, flex resistance, easy processing and molding, as well as high cost performance.

Photovoltaic industry

POE is used in the photovoltaic industry, mainly for the production of PV encapsulant films, featuring high weather resistance, low water permeability, anti-PID performance and high reliability, widely applied in double-glass and N-type high-efficiency PV modules.

Cable industry

EnglishPOE is applied in wire and cable industry to improve flexibility, low-temperature resistance, impact resistance and flame retardancy. It is widely used in halogen-free flame retardant cables, PV cables and new energy vehicle wiring harnesses.

Plastic Modification

EnglishPOE is widely used for plastic toughening modification, which can significantly improve the low-temperature impact resistance, toughness and ductility of PP, PE and other materials. It is often applied in modified plastics for automotive parts, home appliance shells, pipes and sheets.
